A double room on the 36 floor of River City Apartment will be available from 18th August,
we are looking forward to one or two people to live with us.
Our apartment is located in the centre of Brisbane, therefore, it is so close to all important public transportation and institutions.
For example:
Botanic Garden, 4 minutes and QUT , 5 minutes by foot, Its suitable for students who study in QUT.
Queens st., 5 minutes by foot, so supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, bus stops and citycat are so easy to obtain.
Botanic garden parkland, River side and South bank parkland are very easy to achieve, so you can go for a walk at anytime.
The river city apartment has many facilities to enjoy, including gym, swimming pool, sauna and BBQ area and those facilities are free for its residents.
Besides, our apartment is located on the 36 floor, so it is quite sunny and has a amazing view.
Our apartment has living area, kitchen with bar and a big balcony facing the story bridge, it is fully furnished, including LCD TV, washing machine, microwave, gas oven and so on.
The room has a window, so it's quite bright at day time, there are a double bed, a big study desk with drawers,
a bookshelf, a big wardrobe with huge mirror and a desk light in the room, so you don't need to buy any things.
Currently, there are two people living this apartment, we are looking for someone who is nice and easy to get along with to share this comfortable apartment with us.
Again, The room will be available from 18th August 2012, and it address is River City Apartment (36th floor) 79 Albert St. Brisbane
