This 4 bedroom fully furnished house has all brand new furniture including Plasma TV, washing machine, dish washer, air-conditioner, pressure rice cooker and so on.
It is also located in a very quite and convenient area which is close to Runcorn Train station (5minutes) and 130,140,150,152 Bus Stop (about 20 minutes) and Shopping centres and Korean Supermarkets.
If you move in, you will live with two Griffith uni students, one from France, and the other from Korea and a Korean accountant.
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and only $110 including internet (ADSL2), electricity and water if you stay longer than 3 months. Otherwise $115.
We are looking for female only who will stay at least 3 months.
The room is available from 19th of April (this Sunday)
