The room is a master room in a large house that has 7 large main rooms ( include 4 bedrooms）. This is the largest bedroom with double-brick walls (so one doesn't hear much noise from others), and it is easy to live with other people.
The room has a queen-sized bed, ensuite shower and toilet, wardrobe and walk-in robes, an 8-drawer dresser with mirror, large bookcase, very nice ergonomic desk with shelving, another computer desk, $360 ergonomic chairs, ducted r/c a/c outlet, a waste-paper basket, a dirty-linen basket, and a fan.
We have two new 520 litre fridges, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 3 rice cookers, pressure cooker, stand mixer, a $3,000 top-of-the-range Miele front-load washing machine, a drier, gym-style electronic treadmill and other exercise equipments are available, lounge-room equipment (including black leather lounge suite and 80cm HDTV).
Easy access to Adelaide Uni, UniSA (East and Magill Campuses) and RAH. We are about 22 minutes from Adelaide
University and UniSA East via the O-Bahn. Using the O-Bahn during peak times is very quick. Only 7 bus-stops from
Adelaide Uni via the O-Bahn. Close to the Paradise Interchange, the most popular bus stop that uses rails like a
train. Very fast. From our bus stop to paradise interchange by h30 is about 6-8 minutes(depends on the traffic), through obahn by any bus about 10-11 minutes to city.For H20, H21, 176,580 is stop 23A. There are other buses available: H30, 178.
There's a wireless ADSL2+ connection; 150 GB/month.
Both English and Chinese are spoken here. My husband is a local mathematician, lecturer and software developer, and he is willing to help with your English (or mathematics) if you like.
Couples have used this room. We always have had a good relationship with lodgers. We welcome new people.
No pet, no smoking.
Minimum stay is 3 months, and preference will be given to those who want to stay for long time. you are welcome to visit us.
