但是车主（local，年轻，英语地道但是长相偏印度裔或中东裔那种）死活不肯协商，我直接给钱也不行，我找修车厂或者Kmart帮他修也不行，非要找Insurance company。
我excess fee要800 （未到25岁）。朋友怀疑那个人想利用保险坑钱，我明天去claim，大家有什么好的方案或者其他经验可以分享一下的吗？谢谢了

确实，赞同你的观点。而且这确实是常规法定程序，只不过我会跟保险公司说明他有坑钱获益的嫌疑，建议RACQ使用selected repair company。

谢谢你的建议。我联系过警察了，还有本地搞车的朋友。这么说的话，人家可以直接报警，还是要走保险公司程序，如果死活不走，那就是修到人家满意为止，到时候人家想坑你1000-2000你都要认，没有任何保障的。。正规的法定程序是这样的，因此还是走保险会比较好，然后跟保险公司说指定修车行（这个指定是RACQ给的，不是我自己能给的）。

有的时候指定车行也是会给3个报价，然后你自己挑最便宜的一个，然后去修。关键定损的时候确保他没有加上其他地方。

1，可能是公司车，CASH无法做账说不清楚。走保险公司有理有据有记录，楼主的FAULT他们CLAIM不用交ACCESS
2，正面跟你交涉，谈价格找修车厂的过程容易产生误解以至于争执，本来就不是他的错，有保险公司跟你打交道为何要自寻烦恼？

我要是对方我也找保险公司，买全险买的就是舒心，不是我的FAULT我想在哪儿修我决定，我也不用付ACCESS，也不用跟你打交道产生矛盾，一切由保险公司搞定

千万不要听有些人的意见还反过来威胁对方就给你2条路怎么样怎么样。。他在乎你威胁他吗？他有保险公司替他出面，一分钱不用付。无赖的做法最终结果就是被保险公司追债公司信用机构一起折磨，诚信国家你要赖就最好赖一辈子，可以没问题，想按套路出牌，一步走错，好几年缓不过来

可以试着跟对方谈一谈，他非要走保险公司你真没办法

我觉得要敲诈你的都是私下解决的时候威胁你不给多少钱就找保险公司

谢谢你的回复，很实用很清晰。好消息是，那个哥们儿昨天看了一眼车，觉得问题不大，给我发短信说不要我赔了，以后开车小心点。不过这次真的学了不少东西，十分感谢。
