This role will provide exceptional service to internal andexternal customers, with emphasis on timely, accurate and professional delivery We're looking for someone who has: - Experience prefer but not essential in IT, Media area .-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- A high standard of attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organisational ability- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Outlookand Word- Strong time management and possess the ability to multi task- Be a self-starter with a sense of responsibility Responsibilities will include: - Adhering to the duties and deadlines as set out by proceduresand checklists- Accurately processing registrations, payments and amendmentsin our database- Communicate directly with clients by telephone or email- Work effectively as part of a team
