告訴大家這房間的真實情況:

在我走準備走的這星期房東突然多收了我50塊的電費, 坑爹啊! 在bond裡扣,沒道理講...其實超沒超, 界限在哪裡,都是房東說的,根本查不出來...
上季度的電費超了要我給就算了...還額外收多3個星期...我說不合理...她就威脅我說算我男朋友偶爾過來住多少晚1晚1晚算錢...

而且這房子住了一個精神分裂的變態北京人, 40多歲的在台灣小調當洗碗工9年了,,應該挺出名的,
典型神經病自戀狂! 突然間發神經就罵人操你媽的什麼...
有一點東西不爽或看誰不順眼就對著A房客罵B房客... 改天跟B房客聊天罵A房客...或者直接站在不爽的人門口罵給全世界聽
整間房子的新舊房客沒一個不被他罵過的...
他把自己當成房東, 其他房客的一舉一動都被他監視著! 有一天他突然說"你昨晚沒回來哦"...嚇死我!
　
一天我朋友來他看上人家了, 等她走了他變態地跟我說, 她多純情啊!真的太純情了! 嚇得我朋友再也不敢來了
他不順心的東西還會背著人向房東打小報告, 反正目的就是把全部人逼走了剩他一個住最舒服...
你帶朋友來玩啊 ,另一半來住啊, 他轉身就告訴房東了
無端端的又捉著你聊天又是罵舊房客又是罵老闆的...說什麼悉尼人壞啊他爸是gay啊之類的...你躲也躲不掉!
我租房子遇到過的3個北京男人沒一個是正常的!!! 天朝果然出人才!!
念在roomate一場... 一個精神不正常的老男人挺可憐的, 就完成他的願望... 沒人來住他一個人住最舒服了!
希望大家幫幫他不要過來住哦!
也有其他原因,房子的確不怎麼乾淨, 坦白說圖片有調過光, 對不起大家哦. 之前念在房東一直態度蠻好的就幫她post一下廣告,
但...唉....這世上的人...一講到錢...臉馬上就翻了!!! 所以大家留學生出門在外租房子小心點...保護好自己.
