Requirements
Detail oriented/Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet tight and dynamic deadlines
Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask effectively and work on multiple projects at one time
Mechanical/Technical/Engineering experience across maintenance and production process is helpful
Your role and responsibilities will ideally include:
Ability to interpret specifications & drawings,
Preparations of tenders including estimating quantities & pricing, submitting of completed tenders
Manage and liaise with architects, clients, consultants, subcontractors and supplier
Ensure projects run in line with contractual agreements
Manage and update project programs
Monitor project budgets and update regularly
Successfully complete project delivery in line with the company processes
Prepare, submit & manage variation documentation as required under the contract
Manage & liaise with the Site Foremen and Safety/Quality Officer
