We see patients by referral only. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of specialist patient care, and an exceptional level of support and service to our referring dentists. Due to successful strong growth at SEC we have a great opportunity for a receptionist to join us on a permanent part-time basis (four days per week). In this role you will have the following key responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for patients and referring dentists.
Management of the dental specialists' appointment books.
Processing payments and daily bank reconciliation.
Ad hoc administrative and general office duties.
Stand-in dental assisting and sterilisation duties as required.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate the following:
Previous customer service experience. Previous dental industry experience would be highly advantageous.
Effective time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised.
A friendly and helpful disposition.
