To become part of our close-knit team you will have the following attributes:
*Self-motivated with a good work ethic
*Excellent attention to detail
*Sound verbal and written communication skills
*Professional phone manner
*You are able to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines
*Fluent in Mandarin
*Quick learner
*Depending on the candidate, this role could be full-time, or casual.
Duties will include:
*Face to face customer service
*Making appointments for patients, rescheduling etc
*Answering calls and patient questions
*General reception & Administration duties
*Optical dispensing (training will be arranged if unqualified)
