Bus stop just next to the door, route 150, 155. 157 which lead you to Garden city Interchange bus station, where you can find route route169 to UQ.
Sunnybank and Garden City is about 15 minutes bus ride.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 Bathrooms with 2 Separated toilets. The house and rooms are fully furnished or u can bring your own furniture.
The kitchen has a big fridge and dining area. There is a piano available if you are study music.
Prefer non-smoker and tidy person as all the other share mates are professional worker or quiet student. Would like to listen music as I will play piano sometimes. No contract and 4 wks bond plus 2 wks rent in advance.
