学期短暂，一转眼就面临期末考试了，领航教育的学霸tutors根据内部题库资料和上学期学生考试回忆，精心整理了考题机经，同学们好好研究，便能准确的把握考试方向；
ACCT 6001 中级财务
期中：第一部分选择题，很多第一第二周的内容，尤其是一些机构的职能，最好把书看一遍有个印象。
第二部分大题：
  • Intangible asset 论述题， the six additionalconditions，intangibleasset三个特征，research and development为什么development的可以capitalize
  • Company income tax计算题，和课后习题相似
  • 论述题，用current (replacement) cost来measureassets or liability的好处与坏处
  • Revaluation model计算题，和课后习题相似

    期末：
    第一部分选择题，注意AASBmining中pre-productioncost的判别，employeebenefits 计算
    第二部分大题：
  • Finance lease计算题，与书上例题相似，注意最后一步的depreciation
  • Convertible notes计算题，与书上例题相似
  • Financial instruments论述题，主要是fair value和availablefor sale的区别，怎么判别，看课上老师给的表格
  • Construction contract计算题，与课后习题相似
  • Mining中各步的会计分录，注意是PPT上的，书上没有类似习题

    ACCT 6010 高级财务
    期中：
    大题两个理论，两个数字和entries：
  • Consolidated work sheet改错题，一考常见accounts的正常balance是Cr还是Dr，二考addacross 还是adddown
  • 判断时候有control，AASB 10的应用
  • Equity method在consolidation中的好处
  • NCI的会计分录题，很简单，都是基础的，类似course pack里的

    期末：
    以前学生回忆：
  • 一段话，是美国的会计准则GAAP的算cash flow的方法
  • Segment reporting，计算哪些segments是material的
  • 分别用equity和JV方法做一个项目的简单的journal entries，比较利弊
  • Current rate method算外汇的方法，evaluate

    2014 semester 1 回忆：选择主要是INCI和equitymethod和segmentquantitative threshold、cashflow
    大题：
  • Foreign currency translation (current ratemethod)，直接给报表，在报表上转换，注意添加FCTR
  • 判断foreign currency的理论题
  • Segment quantitative threshold和aggregation criteria给management什么opportunitiesin reporting，whyAASB 8 is consistent with management approach
  • Equity method in associate loss的treatment，difference of equity methodand consolidation method when interest is 50%，reasons why management prefer equitymethod
    期末没有出任何关于JV的题……
    AACT 6007 审计
    期中：
    1． 主要是判断businessrisks, accounts at risks, assertions2． Expectationgap理论题，原因3． MCQlevel of assurance, insurance hypothesis, fraud factors, professional skepticism4． Preventativeand detective internal controls, explanation5． ITauditing, application controls + explanation，解释是重点6． Analyticalanalysis，类似练习题
    期末：
  • Independence in appearance, independence of mind，whyboth important
  • New look audit report changes, for and against
  • The assurance providers’ challenges in assuranceof NFI
  • Value of assurance
  • Liability to client and 3rd party，记住重点cases的影响，比如Caparo,AGC, Esanda, AWA, Pacific
  • Five threats to independence, 例子
  • Fundamental principles, APES 110
  • EoM/other matter, adjusting events/non-adjustingevents
  • 判断不同的audit opinions
  • Internal auditors能为external auditors做什么类型的工作，需要考察哪些因素
  • 判断business risks, accounts at risk,assertions
