Thank you for submitting your application form for temporary accommodation. I would draw to your attention that you have been allocated a single room in House 12 Lyon Crescent, Bridge of Allan from the 9 September and all paperwork pertaining to this accommodation was posted to you yesterday (23 August).
There is a possibility that Lyon Crescent may be ready on the 6 September and would be obliged if you could phone this office prior to you arrival. If it is ready you will then move directly into you allocated room if however it is not then you will need to move into temporary accommodation and am attaching a letter of confirmation for this short period.
