what is in your bedroom?
furnished
walk-in-robe full en-suite bathroom
have balcony access(huge balcony!)

what is in your living room?
fully furnished(ALSO include air-con, dish washer and tryer!)
walking distence to Au Fair and everywhere
swimming pool, 2 car parks,under management
Only share with one other person(this single room with own bathroom is also available for 140, one person only. )

price: 250 ( ideal for couple)
price for the whole apartment is 390 if you are a couple and want to rent with your own friend.

share bills and your contract ends mid May this year, but you can always continue your contrast after that
