NIET教育集团下面有6个机构5个学校： NIET，CHARLTONBROWN， RHODE BUSINESS SCHOOL，ICAT AVIATION COLLEGE，Airline Academy of AUSTRALIA， OKEYDOKEY CAFé，以及有大学项目。其他几所学校都在正常运营，NIET学校的Capacity现在已经不超了，已经和ASQA在沟通和review。学校的现金流也很充足，同学们不必担心。
Federal Court上诉
如果对AAT的决定有异议，可以通过澳大利亚联邦法院Federal court对AAT的决定提出上诉，必须在收到AAT决定后的28天内向联邦法院提出上诉。
2.我们解释一下suspension和cancellation这两个定义。目前很多同学们的焦虑就是来自于对这两个词的混淆。
根据NationalVocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011， 在suspension期间，学校的以下行为是受到限制的：
38Suspension
(1) TheNational VET Regulator may, by notice in writing, suspend all or part of an NVRregistered training organisation’s scope of registration.
Note: Detailsrelating to an NVR registered training organisation whose scope of registrationis suspended are included on the National Register, see section 216.
(2) Duringthe period of suspension, the National VET Regulator may require the NVRregistered training organisation to do something, not to do something, or both.This may include restrictions on:
(a) enrolling a student in a VET course or part ofa VET course; or
(b) allowing a VET student to begin a VET courseor part of a VET course; or
(c) publishing or broadcasting an advertisementrelating to a VET course or any part of a VET course; or
(d) causing to be published or broadcast anadvertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course.
Note: Failureto comply with the National VET Regulator’s requirements is an offence and acontravention of a civil penalty provision, see sections 101 and 102respectively.
39Cancellation
(1) TheNational VET Regulator may, by notice in writing, cancel an NVR registeredtraining organisation’s registration in any circumstances that the Regulatorconsiders it appropriate to do so, including for failure to pay a National VETRegulator annual registration charge by the date on which it is payable (seesection 232A).
Note: Detailsrelating to an NVR registered training organisation whose registration iscancelled are included on the National Register, see section 216.
(2) Anorganisation whose registration is cancelled under this Act must return itscertificate of registration to the National VET Regulator within 10 days of theday the cancellation takes effect.
Note: Failureto return a certificate of registration is a contravention of a civil penaltyprovision, see section 112.
(3) Anorganisation whose registration is cancelled under this Act may not apply forregistration as an NVR registered training organisation for 2 years, or suchshorter period as the National VET Regulator considers appropriate, after theday the cancellation takes effect.
