1，长期签证优先（蔬菜周期比较长，不招短期工作者）
2，农场活比较辛苦，需要能吃苦耐劳。
3，须会开车，手动，自动都能开最好

工作
1，一周工作4-6天，根据订单情况安排，每天8小时左右
2，试工期间计时（15/起，按工作能力调整），后面一般都是计件。
3，工资周结，有正式payslip。
4，长期工作可安排住宿。
