1. 目前是pr 的签证。如何办理留学生归国证明啊？
有一个要出示
国内单位接收证明原件 (只适用于持PR、Bridging和Temporary签证者)。但是这个文件里面需要写一些什么呀？一下网址就是我看到的通知。http://brisbane.chineseconsulate.org/chn/xwdt/kslxw/t878515.htm

看到布里斯班的大使馆主页通知上说自2011年 12月起，这个证明只接受邮寄方式了！！

想说在布里斯班学校毕业的，可以到悉尼或者墨尔本办理这个留学生归国证明吗？

有办过的人，请分享下经验啊
