房子是全新的，三房两卫浴，次卧只用和一个室友公用卫浴，厕所和浴室是分开的，从不存在抢厕所的情况。 Unlimited 网络，洗澡和做饭烧gas。

家里住满之后3个人，不和房东同住，绝对安静干净。如果想整租也可以，三个房间带全套家具，价格430/周。
