两房unit，跟一上班女生合租，房子只住两个人。我自己养了一只小猫。猫咪很乖不抓人，我平时也经常打扫。

房租100-120/week （到时候可以再议。主要看会不会经常做饭什么的），share bills。（房子没有gas，是电炉灶）租期3个月续一次。押金一个月房租。

希望找一个作息规律，不抗拒小动物不对猫毛过敏的姑娘。

ps：楼主有点懒，。照片用的是中介发的。没有准备现在房间放好家具什么的照片。房客拎包入住，无需买任何家具。
