我现在遇到房租租金问题，房东一开始是说住满半年以上退订金，现在我们住了快10个月了，准备搬走，结果房东又说住满一年才能退订金，我们有四个人，合同上当时口头说了半年以上所以合同上没有规定的租期，我们每个人房租都被要求交现金，已经走了一个了，现在房东又想坑我们三个人的订金，大家想想有什么办法吗？具体的合同规定房东都没给我们看过
