最近我家前花園在建圍牆, 我右鄰居看到過來我門按門玲之後罵我very rude,and 說沒有他准許不能建, 但之前一個月他過來問我,他想建圍牆, 我說我同意,
所以之後我找人建, 但現在他又說叫我停工, 只可以建前面, SIDE 不能建, 但晚上他又放了一封信給我, 叫我前面都停工, 他想找我談,, 但之前他己跟我談了兩次說可以動工,
兩次也有人證 , 但又反口, 我已給錢, 他要我停工,我怕他, 而家我不敢動工, 其實我可不可以動工建前面先 and side fence ?
因為我很忙沒有時間跟他談和他不停反口,談完又反口, 浪費我的時間, 我可不可以找中介人幫我跟他談? 如果可以我可以從那裡找?

在一般情况下，对方是没有反对的理据的。如果你按着程序来申请兴建围墙，一般来说邻居是必须承担一半的费用。

你的市议会会有专人负责关于这些兴建围墙的纠纷。我提议你直接咨询市议会，他们会指导你怎么跟进这些纠纷。
