把价值千元的物品寄丢了，客户能不着急吗？而且从快递到确定丢失有一定时间了。邮局是经常丢东西，但是
EMS挂号几乎没丢过。再说我怎么没看见有人说袁氏行那家快递弄丢快件啊。不可否认你们公司的管理还是有问题的。

您可以看看说我们的那个客户自己也说了她朋友用别的那家破罐和丢失的情况，布里斯班同城会事后也在微博上和其他几家快递真实使用情况对比为我们说了公道话。我们自己的客户也有帮我们在说话。

这都是大家对我们的认可，再怎么样好的公司都很难避免意外。。我们积极处理的态度相信大家可以看到的....
