我是帮朋友发帖，房东是我朋友，中文不大好，平时人在悉尼。。房东人很好，也不在ADL，希望房客能够爱干净和自觉。。。
one small room @$110 ＋ Share bill (十多年了一直都是这个价，良心价！其实小房间还蛮大的）下面是他自己的招租帖，大家可以打电话过去问，短信和email最好还是发英文因为他看不懂中文字。。。:）

looking for honest and frugal oversea students or visa worker person to share with three other Asians. very clean and peaceful, people stay here are all friendly.

non smoker, 4 bed, one bathroom,

looking for long term stay at least 6 months or longer, share electricity and gas about $1.50/day usage, not allow use heater, electric blanket yes.

internet unlimited $15/month. filter water, the tenant needs to share house cleaning duty each week, the cleaning agent is provided for you.

7 min distance by bus, buses come every 10 mins. close to Asian grocery and other shopping center and take away restaurants.

kitchen utensils provided and fully furnished.
