One single room in a unit. Shared bath room, toilet and kitchen. Fully-furnished(even with a brand new bed!!) If you bring your own bed, or willing to use the original bed which the owner offered, your weekly rent will have a 10$ discount. （$110/week!!!）

we have 411 and 402 bustop downstairs, and 412 bustop with 40 seconds walking distance. 5 minute walk to Toowong village(with Coles, K-Mart, sports girl and food court, also, a woolworth across the street.)
Cross the street, there is a coles express to get daily goods. GREAT LOCATION. Very close to UQ! Easy to get on a train or bus to city or almost anywhere!!
There are other 2 people in the same unit; they're quite and friendly. One is a girl and the other is a boy.

shared unit，同住两人非常安静友好。楼下有411,402公交站，412,414车站只需步行40秒。5分钟步行至toowong village,跑步7分钟步行15分钟步行可到UQ。搭车去city只要15分钟，去indooroopilly也顺风顺水非常方便哟。
