如果你要便宜的就去voda 要信号的话就去telstra.

Vodafone价格便宜，不过据说信号不好，据我同学反映上网也较慢。好处是给的cap value可以用来打国际长途。

另外你也可以考虑virginmobile，跟optus是一家，但是其plan支持国际长途的。

签手机说白了是分期付款买手机，好处就是不用一下子掏出一笔钱买手机。。。其实裸机+pre-paid一般来说比签约划算一些。（TPG的pre-paid plans价格便宜量又足）
