Annerley超大超美单人间出租


近UQ：保证真实，全都是自己测量过的～～
            走路20分钟至校园内
            或走5分钟到192车站，坐2站到UQlake，从出门到学校只需15分钟或更短
            或走7分钟至PA bus way乘109，139，169，209，坐3站到UQlake

            如果是Pharmacy school的学生，只需步行5分钟～～

近City：3分钟走去112，113，115，116，172，124，125。。。公车站，全部15分钟内到city，公车班次频繁，124直达sunnybank，125直达garden city

5分钟走去110，100公车站，凌晨之后都有公车

！！！4分钟到Dutton park 火车站，超级方便

近Buranda shopping centre，步行5分钟，有woolies，target，nando's，subway，cheescake shop，BWS，pizza，Sing sing（Chinese n Vietnam restaurant）等等等等

步行3分钟有coco's，超便宜食品超市，1分钟到WOW电子产品～～～

155 pw水电网全包，Bond为4周房租，正规合同

室友都很nice，全是UQ学生，一个PHD，两个master，还有两个Bachelor，4女1老实男～

家里有麻将～～
