想问下你当时拍照了吗， 照片能显示对方全责吗？ 你记录了对方信息吗？ 有没有联系好目击证人帮你证明？ 或者你有随车记录仪记录吗？ 还有你在之后报警记录了吗？
如果以上条件符合， 你自己去法院， 问法院的人具体程序， 拿传票之类的， 法院应该会帮你的

你现在要做得是，找目击证人，然后再去警局立案，拿到你的报警号码，联系你的保险公司（不知道你有没有保险）。然后你的保险公司会处理一切事情的。你就等着保险公司给你电话就可以了。
如果你没有保险，那你就找律师吧。但是估计要回修车钱的可能性不是很大。。

你好， 我不知道你有没有保险。如果你有全保的话，你可以交给你的保险公司处理有关赔偿的事宜。
如果你没有买全保的话，那么你将要进行以下的事项：-
1. 将汽车损坏的部分拍照
2. 去拿取两个估价报告， 看修车费需要多少钱
3. 委托一个律师出一份律师追讨信，陈述当时交通意外的情况，对方的责任，修车的费用等事宜，并要求对方21天内启函。如果对方21天内还没有答复，或者支付上述维修费用，那么你便可以入稟法院的小额钱债法庭向对方追讨$5000，和全部的律师费。
如果你想委托本律师向对方发出追讨信，请你准备上述材料后，与本律师联络。一般, 本律师与你开会，拿取有关当时发生交通意外的情况，分析责任的问题，和审查维修费用的追讨，本律师的费用是$550(包含GST)。
