My aunt is living in one bedroom with her own bathroom and toilet.Other room is occupied by young profecional female.The house is located close to mainshops,restaurants and UNI,as well as a short walk to the bus stops and train station.The house is fully furnished,has aircon/heating system.
You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet with a female.
Rent is $130 per week.Rent does not include utilities.All bills will be shared equally.
You need to be clean,tidy and respect other people privacy.
