南区Unley一间Master Room 便宜短租啦~~ 路过的朋友过来看看~~~

房子地理位置绝佳，进城最多15分钟，三分钟步行去190车站，开车更是一路unley rd 开到头就是city了，如果您在Waite campus, 开车也就10分钟的事儿~ 附近步行5分钟有unley shopping centre, 里面woolworth, coles, post什么店都有~

现在因为要实习一段时间所以房子暂时短租出去~ 目前还住了三个人，两个男生一个女生，每个都很和蔼可亲，没有任何不良习惯，女生已经毕业，两个男生都在阿德读葡萄酒专业~

因为这个房间里住着couple,所以床是 queen size ，其他所有家具都是成对的，还有一件衣帽间和一个独立卫生间。

出租时间availabe from 3月12哦~所以如果您刚来阿德或者有什么事情想暂时找个地方落脚~这里会是个绝佳选择~~

价格方面，couple: $190/week 全包，一人: $165/week 全包均可小刀~
