房东阿姨是中国人。希望能找到爱干净的房客，房子里的家电厨具什么的全部可供使用，像自己的家一样。
房间宽敞明亮，配有双人床，写字间，嵌入式衣柜。客厅有空调，冬天房东提供heater.
房东房间有独立卫浴，招租的两个房间用自己的一套卫浴
家中有吉娃娃一只，超级乖，不闹人。前院也经常有附近的野鸭过来觅食，房东有喂它们。
房东打理花园，非常漂亮，后院有水果蔬菜等免费吃哈。
