如果你想让澳洲籍的小孩长期在国内居住，你可以到本律师事务所办理一份寄养声明书，将孩子寄养给你在国内的母亲。该寄养声明书必须由孩子的亲生父母签名。如果你老公在中国，可以安排他在中国签名。
该寄养声明书必须由国际公证律师公证，再经澳大利亚外交部认证和驻中国堪培拉的大使馆认证。然后拿着寄养声明书到中国大使馆办理寄养签证，有效期为10年。
本律师事务所的费用是$660 （包括GST，起草文件的费用，国际公证律师认证费用，澳大利亚外交部认证费用，中国大使馆的认证费用以及来回快递的费用）。
