9月初，有一个包裹从中国寄往澳洲，9月中旬物流信息显示签收，但是我并没有收到任何物流包裹，第二天向POST反映情况，他们做了个案件跟踪。但是今天打电话过去询问，他说 司机已经送到，但是因为家里没人就把包裹放在门前（以前都是放一张卡给我自己取，但这次显然不是）。然后东西不见不关他们的事，他说只要司机把物品放在门前就算签收了，我认为这样极其不合理！像这样的事情，我应该怎么办。

依据现行的澳大利亚邮务條例，除非是掛号邮包，一般邮差会将小邮包放入邮箱內，大的邮包一般便放在大门前。所以邮包放在你的大门前，邮政处已完成邮递旳服务，这个是没有投诉的余地的。没有掛号的邮包，邮差是不雖要收邮包的人签收的。我提议你下次付多一点邮费，已掛号寄出，这样比较靠谱。
