这个Unit（公寓）是我和中介签合同租下的，租金： $210 每星期. 合同明年2月到期，到期后可以选择是否续租，我回国需要转让～

位于South Plympton, 在市区以南第10站，离Tram第10站步行不到5分钟，去市区上课上班方便～
开车去市区大概10分钟，坐公交车去市区大概20分钟
附近步行15分钟有超市，邮局，银行，快餐店，洗衣房，等等。。。。。。
坐 Tram去海边大概7，8分钟，蛮惬意的一个位置
邻居很友好安静
附近安静安全
车可以停在路边

一室一厅，一厕一厨，前面一个独立阳台，后面一条公用阳台／走廊，前后门打开通风特别好
位于2楼
客厅有空调

水，电，煤气，网络全部开通，网络是澳洲最好的 Telstra 的 Cable，当时花了300多刀牵的网线，室内有现成的路由器，整个室内的wifi 信号特别好！
室内宽敞舒适，适合一个人住，也适合两朋友／情侣或小家庭：）
卧室一整面墙都是柜子，不用买衣柜
客厅，厨房很多壁柜，完全不用担心东西多了没地方放:victory:

家里有基本家具（床，书桌，椅子），家电（电视机，冰箱，风扇，暖气），厨房用具等，如果入住，这些东西可以便宜转让，有些可以转送！！！

一进门是是下面这样，左边可以看到黄色柜子的是卧室，右边进去是洗手间，最右边白色墙那边是厨房

下面是卧室，全是柜子，不用买衣柜，东西再多也能收纳，客厅和厨房也很多壁柜，方便收放东西！
