‘A couple wanted’
2 girls are also welcome (share a room, 2 single beds can be provided on request)

* Location: Kedron, zone 2
                  about 15 mins to city by bus

* The house: 4 people are going to live together in total including the couple (you)
                     It is a 3 bedroom house just built (brand new! 2 week old only).
                     really clean and everything is ready.

* Wireless internet (ADSL 2 ) 60GB

* Facilities: bus stop is only 1 min distance on foot (to city)
                  A fruit market and a petrol shop (Woolworths) are located in 300 metres
                  There is a big shopping centre that has banks, Woolworths, Big W, BWS,
                  McDonald, a cinema, a post office, a butchery and grocery shops etc.
                  It takes 3 mins to be there by bus
                  I’ve got a car so you can come with me to go there if you want : )

* The room: a queen size bed, 2 desks and chairs and a wardrobe with a big mirror
                  You will be provided a desk lamp, coat hangers and pillows etc on request.
                  I’d like to find housemates who will share the house in clean

* Rent: $110/ week, person ($220/ week for the room)
            All the bills are included
