次卧，我们现在拿他做仓库堆东西

房子对于couple来说很合适，或者两个朋友想一起share一个apartment。交通很方便，东边第七站，走2分钟到车站。

房东是个local老先生，人特别好，水管出问题了啥的一个电话就找人来修。

周围环境也很安静，毕竟是Kensington这样一个富人区，周围设施很便利。到burnside shopping center，norwood parade都很近。

由于我跟我老婆买了房子，所以不再租了，部分家具就直接送给新来的房客了，我们在走之前会做彻底的清洁，你完全可以放心拎包入住。

还有一个三星的冰箱，才买了2年，非常好用，买的时候是$350。如果你想要的话，$220打包卖了。没人要我们就搬走自己用
