房间内配置：

l 带轮子办公椅

l 穿衣镜

l Unlimited Internet

房子不在大马路边上，绝佳地理位置，独立宁静。步行1分钟就是公车站，邻近有Domino Pizza店，Sushi 店，Subway，甜品店，亚洲超市，服装店等等，步行5分钟是 Unley Shopping Centre，不管是购物，还是吃饭都很方便。

家里目前住了两名干净的女生，现招一名爱干净，生活作风检点的室友，不可养宠物，不烟者和女生优先，谢绝Couple。

房子 7 月 9日就可以入住。

房租：$ 145/week + sharebills (或 $170/week 全包)
