我不知道你的汽车是全保还是只有第三保，如果是全保的，你可以直接与保险公司联络，保险公司会与你处理有关追讨赔偿的事宜。
如果你只有第三保，你只可以找两间不同的维修店，拿两份维修报告书，然后找律师出律师信，向对方追讨赔偿损失的事宜。
