公交状况：167、168直达city，stop 5，很近，到city11-12分钟（有公交专用道），高峰5分钟一辆车

房子走路5分钟，加油站、subway、泰国餐馆、pizza店，coles和woolworth都不远，买东西什么的都很方便。离机场开车7-8分钟，房子不在主路，家门口就有个路灯，所以晚上也很方便。

房间145全包，一共四个房间，一间住着local人很好，中年男性。其他两个房间分别住着南澳大学的学生（都是男生）。两个卫生间，一个洗澡的地方，不挤。

希望爱干净、不吵闹、无不良嗜好的朋友入住。5月1号之前可以入住
