西南边 glenelg north 超值性价比 3室2厅unit出租（外加一个小型储藏室大概3*3M大小）随时入住

注意价格： 300$ 以内的 3室2厅的unit 市场价绝对找不到了。（全家具，如不需要房主可以全部搬走）直接与中介签约。

近ANZAC HIGHWAY, 交通便利，1分钟走到汽车站 bus stop， 5分钟走到电车站 tram stop。
网络：可以用TPG， ADAM , telstra 的网络，以上三种房主都用过，现在用的是telstra cable+ speed boost 500G，下载速度80-100mb 左右，上传速度2-3mb 左右，非常给力。（稍微会上传正规网络speedtest与ping test 的report）。

shopping centre：附近有coles ， woolworths ， Jetty road 购物街。
附近有中餐馆，thai 餐馆，KFC, 麦当劳24小时营业。

没有草地，不用费力花钱割草。水费全免。

全家具：不用费力耗时选买家具，不用耗费人力物力财力的分多次购买家具。搬行李立即入住。
