房子为2层townhouse, 三个卧室总共2个洗手间，现有一间卧室出租，内含超大壁橱，地址在Melbourne street, North Adeladie, 距离阿大或南澳大学东校区步行10分钟(绝对是步行，实测)。房租160一周包括水和网络（ADSL2无限流量），另加share bill. 房间结构为楼上卧室加卫浴，楼下有客厅，餐厅，厨房和洗手间和洗衣间。
房子装备有中央空调，各种家用电器齐全，冰箱，洗衣机，电饭煲，微波炉，熨衣板，熨斗，吸尘器，厨房厨具齐全
公交车站就在门口零距离，有202,203,204,208,271,273路等，2015年2月11号可以搬入。南澳大学同学晚上可乘坐免费校园Bus,直接到家，阿大情况我不清楚。
