各位亲们，西南区有一靓房待租{:11_556:}：3居室，超大厨房以及dining area{:11_582:}， gas cooking.

距离city 8Km，距离Glenelg 海滩3Km，傍晚还可以去海滩看日落，是不是很有逼格？？？{:11_581:}

Anzac Highway 第十五站， Tram stop 12，同学们可以乘坐 265 263 262 或者tram 直接去city 大约20分钟到city，很方便有木有？？？{:11_582:}
附近有麦当劳快餐店24小时，很诱惑是不是？？？{:11_508:}

因为是full furnished的，房东提供以下家具：
床，桌子（餐桌以及书桌），板凳，冰箱，洗衣机

房客需要需要另付：水费，电费，网费
房东提供清理后院的service，所以房客不用负责后院的打扫。
