应该是邮递员拿的吧，海关已经通过了的，发往投递站的路上丢失

如果你寄之前有跟他们说是手机但他们仍然帮你寄应该是他们不对，你打去131318问是不是他们偷了，态度强硬一些看看他们怎样回你。不过不要抱太大期望

且依据邮政条例的豁免条款，邮局的赔偿是相当有限的。
