地理位置为311 young street，wayville ，就在adelaide showground 旁边，步行时间不超过3分钟到bus站，附近有subway，和一家foodland，还有加油站，开车5分钟到shopping centre 有 woolworths，Kmart。
如果想去chinatown和学校，门口有G10 G10A W90 W91 TRAM 步行不超过4分钟到车站，车程10mins到学校。
房屋设施齐备，Adam网络,300G, 速度很快，很少有人下载。石砖结构（夏天比较凉快），客厅有个空调，房间免费提供风扇。
现在家里只有三个人，全部是男生。三个人三个房间。非常友善，非常热心。
现在全包价110一周（限单人），因为是夏天，风扇你可以随便开，没有空调（如果有大功率私人电器，电费另议），请见谅。房东不准养宠物。
