好房招租啦！！

东北区近Magill的大house招租~~

House里一共三个房间，一个大房间，两个小房间，现整租。大房间适合Couple住~
一个厨房，一个厕所，一个浴室。

房间里带双/单人床，衣柜，书桌，床头柜和椅子，地上是地毯。
房间里还带有新装的空调（阿德的夏天没空调会死人的）
屋顶有太阳能板，很省Bills的呦。
洗澡和做饭都是Gas，方便快捷。

家门口步行2分钟有Foodland, Fruit & Veg, Target, Domino's pizza, Chilcken & Chips, 油站，Subway. 开车5分钟有coles， woolworths， ANZ银行，Commonwealth银行，邮局。反正应有尽有，买菜做饭也超级方便。
步行1分钟就是公交车站， 有车直达city，阿大校区，南澳读语言的楼，也有车直达南澳Magill 校区。

我们这个房子是整个take下来的，但这个学期结束的时候房子里现在住的小伙伴都准备回去几个月，现整个转合同啦~直接跟房东签合同（房东人超好, 还来帮忙除草）~ 我们已经住了马上一年了，一直都很舒适安静~
如果不是要回国没办法，我们也不会换房子的。
