我去了移民局的投诉部门反映这件事，但两天了，还是没有结果，unisa那边不肯让步，一定要有GPA证明才肯让我入学。下礼拜一下午1点就是入学截止日期了，现在毫无头绪，我该怎么办？
求大家帮忙指点迷津，谢谢了

刚刚中介跟我说那个我投诉的部门帮我跟unisa申请，Coe已经特批下来了，谢谢啦

Kaplan是1年3个学期，每个学期4个月的，你如果只在Kaplan读了1个学期（4个月），按照移民法，必须开来release letter才可以的啊。而Kanplan学校是不会放你走的，不会给你issue release letter的。

你没在Kaplan读够6个月以上，没有release letter的。即使Uni SA给了你Offer，你交学费后，在原来Kanplan没读够6个月（2个4个月的学期，共计8个月），Uni SA也是不会给你Issue你新的COE的。
