但是我周五查邮件发现我交了4次电话费上周五给vodahone客服打电话要求退我3次钱他们说我这周二和周三能收到多付的钱
直到今天我去店里店员说要等几天，我刚才又打电话给客服他们总是说要24,48小时。
请问有誰有类似经历或者要求Vodaphone退钱的情况出现吗？
