本人是房主，不住在里面，室友都是flinders 和 Marion 附近的同学。
因为是火车站旁边，而且oaklands park是大站 有express的快车，到南澳大学和阿大都比很多10站左右的公交车更快，因为根本不堵车，10到15分钟就到市区火车站。
我这里也没有太多特别规定，提前4周通知就能搬走。
具体房东怎么样 去看房时可以随便和老房客聊。
房子院子，剪草什么的都是我父亲帮我打点，不用各位同学操心。

地址：77 BOMBAY ST OAKLANDS PARK 本人于2009年5月新购房
如要联系看房请现在Q上联系约时间，在阿德莱德可帮助搬家，房东是辆 suv 只要车能装下就可以。
可短租，具体可商议。
入住要求: 无宠物，吸烟人士可（但是不得在室内，须保持院子清洁），房间能保持基本的整洁干净。

09年10月装的大中央空调，已经几个夏天的测试效果非常好，不用担心夏天热。包（网，煤气，水）电费share因为不限制取暖和空调的使用，也是为了每个人的方便，
电share (约合每人每周$9）
网络 ADAM 高速 Naked ADSL2+ 500g(是没有peak off peak，全时段500g的，稳定性也别tpg那些好很多），房东负责协调住客间的问题
押金4周.
2个卫生间，1个浴室，1个厨房
【gas炉灶，冰箱其他家用电器齐全】35平米大客厅
其他信息：附近环境优雅，清净,具体请查看房屋照片。
各个房间阳光充足，家具齐全
