第一，相同的工作，相同的职责以及相同的工作环境；
第二，相同的管理制度和相同的管理报告制度；
第三，不同的雇主还在经营的是相同的生意。
在这些条件下，如果雇主更换，例如并购、重组、收购生意出售，前期为旧雇主工作的时间，依然可以计算在2年的时间之内，转186/187绿卡，而不用从新计算工作时间。
