位置：

12 McQuillan Ave
Torrens Rd 第9站，churchill Rd第8站，Ovingham 火车站
离city3.5km. 在北阿游泳馆下一站
走路3分钟有邮局，加油站，超市， wendy, face pie, 炸鸡店

交通

走路3分钟到公车站， 7分钟到达city, 15分钟一部车。走路5分钟到火车站，直达Mawson lake

治安

因为是unit, 所以没什么不安全
走路30秒就是Brompton 小学，所以治安也很好

房子设施

房子全部是重新装修的，大概半年不到，地毯，窗帘，门都是新换的，连墙都是新刷的
全部家具都是宜家搬新的，用了3个月
房子干净整洁，也很温馨，见图片
做饭，烤箱和热水器都是gas的

室友：

两个卧室，住三个人，couple和你
我们是阿大学生，每天早晨一早上课，晚上也在学校学习，课很忙，周末都在上班，所以很少在家，从不做饭（一月一次左右），就是回来睡觉

要求：

男女不限，要干净整洁
学生优先，少煮人士

房租：

$120+bill
网不限流量，热水器做饭烤箱都是用gas
