小区安静安全，本单元不面对主路，不会有rush hour的汽车噪音。房客们都是爱干净的小伙伴。
房子所有家具都是2月购买，三月组装的新家具。
单人房间是大床，床垫是新买的。不会和别处房间那样用的N手的旧床垫，所以很干净卫生。
房间配备三门衣柜，不是那种简易的哦。是正经家用的家具，便于存放私人物品和家具。
本unit还配有储物间，single的小伙伴可以把不常用的物品放到楼上储物间，让你的房间宽敞整洁。
本unit是无烟公寓，也没有宠物。
出租的是Bedroom 3，公寓是跃层，该房间位于一层，实际是apartment的三层。
singleroom和一个男生 share bathroom和toilet。
