你好！
这个情况是相当普遍的。本律师事务所寄回中国的包裹，很多时候都会发生这样的情况。你唯一可以做的就是，继续跟进，直到广州这边的邮局给到你一个满意的答复为止。
下一次，我建议你选择 International courier。虽然收费是贵一点，但是邮局方面的要求是必须对方签收，这个是比较安全的。
